Corporate Treasury Department manages the company’s financial resources with respect to asset-liability management, short-term and long-term funding, capital structure, liquidity and cash needs, capital market transactions; and maintains rating agency and creditor relations. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the liquidity management team.
Basic Function:
• Reports to Treasury Director – Capital & Liquidity Risk Management • Oversee the liquidity risk management framework • Manage one Consultant/Manager
Responsibilities:
• Direct liquidity planning, monitoring, and reporting • Develop size and composition of liquidity reserve in partnership with ALM and Cash Management teams • Forecast Parent and legal entity cash flows • Evaluate and monitor liquidity risks through stress testing and scenario planning • Develop contingency funding plans to address liquidity needs • Develop metrics for liquidity risk measurement and reporting • Collaborate with Corporate Risk Office on liquidity risk governance • Provide liquidity updates to senior management and business partners • Contribute to Asset Liability Committee, Regulatory and Rating agency meetings

Qualifications

Skills
You must have: • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines • 5-7(+) years of Treasury experience from a bank, financial services or a consulting firm, in: liquidity planning and management, liquidity forecasting, asset liability/funding management • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards specifically around Basel, Federal Reserve, and FDIC requirements • Treasury staff management experience • Strong analytical and quantitative acumen • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg • Prior credit card experience preferred |
